This is an initial assessment performed by a consultant against current customer cloud estate. This requires consultant has access to cloud accounts via direct login or via shadowing employee. Interview time with engineers and architects along with review of documentation, configuration, policy and standard and process with encompass this assessment. The delivery artifact will be a report that provides current state and future state.
