This activity is an in-person or remote based consultant led interview. The interview will collect information about customer current state and future desired state with regard to dimensions that measure threat modeling. The delivery artifact is a profile document of your current state with prescriptive guidance of what services are needed to progress to desired state. Generally this is beneficial to understand scale, cost, requirement, and direction and prioritization of your Threat Modeling Program.
